The 2nd part of the title may be referring to some filler about Utakata, I'm not sure.

Well the part about "bubbles" doesn't seem canon, there might be a lot of filler scene for Utakata in that episode.

Do you have proof that this is not fake? Just before this episode was added, there was a 324 one called "No One" after which appeared some other episodes called "Hidden Village's Jinchuuriki" ; "Jinchuuriki Showdown"; "The Four-Tails: Son Goku" & something like "Sage of Six Paths: A God's hope"

This one may be just as fake. Besides, they never update the list in any other day than Saturday or Thursday.

It would be logical since Naruto had met Utakata in the anime but not in the manga. So it makes sense for them to add some Utakata scenes. If I remember correctly, Storm 3 (dub only?) acknowledged the Utakata filler by giving Utakata an extra line.
