It looks like he wants to destroy the Juubi so that the Tailed Beasts can't be used for war anymore, which makes sense, since the Nine Tails Incident lead to the Uchiha becoming segregated.

Naruto wants to teach the world that the Tailed Beasts are more than tools for war and the people who host them should be admired, not shunned. Like he was.

I can't predict what will happen but these statements are backed up by previous events and would certainly make sense.
