And Minato was able to create only one, and Hiruzen wasn't able to make not even a clone. This shows the difference between their Chakra levels. If Tsunade would be here, I think she would be able to make 3 clones.

Your Math is off ... It wld be Hashirama/Tobirama=6/2=3 times .... Which would mean Tobirama has about 33.33% of SM Hashirama's Chakra.

Perhaps ..... Senju are are supposed to be Stamina monsters and in all cases having an edge since birth will mean having an edge throughout the lifetime.

would his chakra intake, would he be able to take all of the nine tails chakra? if he's fresh, maybe even around 75% of the nine tails chakra? [estimating]

Possibly yes, not to mention KCM clones are harder to make as observed from Naruto's case ..... Minato just needs to pop another clone to draw level with Tobirama and thus a High Tier Senju (Hashirama is God Tier) .... so he might be considered on par with a low/mid tier Senju ..... But we can just speculate, its impossible to reach conclusions.
