The hidden leaf village is a big threat for the world, think about it.
Pain a student of jiraiya, who comes from the hidden leaf was a threat to the NV so indirectly a cause by the hidden leaf.
If jiraiya hadn't trained him then he wouldn't have the ideas of peace so he wouldn't fight for it.
Madara uchiha, the co-founder of the hidden leaf was also a big threat to the verse, if hashirama was not able to stand his own against madara i'm pretty sure he would crush the rest of the clans.
Obito uchiha is also enough said, he with madara awakened the 10 tails who is the biggest threat to the world ever known and Obito as it's jinchuuriki is even more badass.
We don't know much about his power at the moment but compared to the rest he make them look like a fodder, i know it for sure.
there is orochimaru, with his dna research which causes also a lot of trouble and the sensei of kabuto which also has a major part in the 4th war.
As the last but not least there is a combo of madara and hashirama dna, zetsu who may just be a fodder but caused also a lot trouble like attacking to
Mizukage and by a big part of the war
