Obito will not be able to control the Juubi

Just because he became the Jinchuriki, does not mean he can control it. I think the reason the sage split it into 9 parts was to make it more manageable.

The sage split it into parts because he was about to die and he knew when he died the ten tails would wreak havoc again so that was the best decision at the time and this is manga proof so why say otherwise if it hadn't been hinted that something else was the reason and im not sure if obito can control it but he does have the ingredients
