Probably wont I mean Hiruzen is stronger than them both right now at his current state considering he beat the edo tensei with only a bit of chackra and barely used nin jutsu now he has limitless chakara but still kishi doesn't plan to use him in any major fights so he might just keep him busy with another task. I also think that it's good kishi didn't bring a YOUNG hiruzen back because lets face it an old hiruzen did damage to two young hokages imagine a young hiruzen who surpassed the 1st and 2nd and was named hokage before the age of 18!

I think Hiruzen vs Senju brothers in part one is not an accurate way to rate the hokages abilities because like you said Hiruzen was no where near his prime due to old age, but the Senju brothers were also revived not even comparable to their full power as Tobirama noted.

Hopefully Kishi use Hiruzen and Tobirama more since we have no clue how strong their prime truly were, while we have seen too much of Hashirama and Minato already (not complaining by any means, just saying)

Well I still see it as Hiruzens handicap considering that there where two of them they where decades younger and Hiruzen didn't need ninjutsu to beat them. It is pretty sad I figure if the 1sts power is so mythotical he should have been able to pull of a win against old hiruzen with 20 percent of his power if need be.
Taking down a meteor is a larger feat than an OLD horizon? Who took down two hokage at the same time? Well sucks for you because that's all you will ever see from the strongest hokage. The way this manga is going. All we really have to determine who is better is seeing a 70 year old horizon out class two kage level ninja using wood release and making it imposible for hiruzen to see them. Yet he still wins. Yep... Now just imagine a young hiruzen... :yeah:
