Why didn't minato kill bee?

As minato has stated, once you tag someone it never goes away.

As we all know, minato tagged bee and was prepared to kill him, but he was countered by bee.

After they ran off, minato could have teleported to bee and killed him at any point.

Why didn't he?

Because Bee in necessary for Naruto Development and Minato is psychic. He knows things.
And theoretically be isn't marked because the tentacle should be a new one, once he takes it back out again. Seeing as how Naruto Chakra form isn't the same chakra as chakra regenerates it self, and Garra's arm thingy is always different.

Well they were regularly being attacked by the cloud village, it seems reasonable to me that he would take out their most powerful asset.

They weren't regularly attacked from the time he marked Bee in that fight between his death. I'm pretty sure that war was really close to the time of the Kyuubi attack.
Either way, Minato is just too nice of a guy to just go attack someone out the blue like that Lol

typically a well written story does not contain glaring plot-holes.

if minato were to say 'well I could have killed bee at any moment, but I liked the guy' it wouldn't be a plot-hole

however, I agree that minatos character isn't really the type to murder bee randomly so I don't think this is a plot-hole I was just wondering what people thought about it.

Minato marked the seal on the Eight Tails tentacles.(if the Tentacles aren't out, then Minato cant use the FTG to it.)
