Could Itachi/Kakashi learn Hiraishin?

Basically, had Minato lived, I imagine he'd tutor someone in the jutsu.

But who would be most capable? The first to come to my mind were the two ANBU geniuses.

.... It's a specialisation. Of course they could learn it with practice. It's not a KKG lol XD Itachi is specialised with his sharingan and Kisame with Samehada. They could both learn it if they started out like Minato did when he learned it.

Itachi is faster than Kakashi, but that doesn't make him speed orientated. He is more into Genjutsu than anything else.

Kakashi and Itachi could possibly learn some version of it; I doubt they'd be capable of mastering it to Minato's level. FTG and S/T seems to be his area and his prime field, as Itachi's is Genjutsu.

I don't know. I mean, it took three special Jonin working together to use Hiraishin and while Kakashi is indeed superior to them, I'd still imagine it to be quite difficult to perform the technique. Perhaps he can eventually learn it with enough practice assuming he has Minato to guide him through it. Same thing with Itachi, as he is equally gifted if not moreso than Kakashi.

they could but it would hurt them and they couldn't use it often... or rather wouldn't..
Kakashi somewhat loves Taijutsu though I think... so he would like to use it more so than Itachi.
It would take a lot out of Kakashi though..
