the juubi is orignally black so maybe it a part of the chakra, it could also be the black zetsu side of him forming into something

Nah its white, im pretty sure obito is shattering black zetsu's hold on him (hence the grabbing of the face). He exhausted his chakra & that's why it became white. It might turn back though seeing as nagato's hair color returned when he absorbed chakra.
