1) You simply can't tell the difference between bestow and stole....Because nagato had no choice whatsoever

2) Typo, i mean when hinata came to attack pein, pein broke the chakra rod with his hand easily

Like i said before, that's not nagato's chakra rod....Those are the one's madara put directly into his body. Nagato/pein didn't even exist, so how are those rods his?

In the first part of the fight , his eyes were normal and when he was controlled his eyes became Darker , heck even your link shows his eye became Darker.

PS: Japanese Manga are read from right to left.

Heck even Muu and 3rd Raikage's eyes became darker when they were fully controlled.
As for summon , their Rinnegan are the reflection of Nagato's Rinnegan like the pains

Yea but explain to me how that fat pain received the Absorption power ( Gakido ) ?
It's more than obvious that he received it from Nagato via rods just like he received the chakra from Nagato.

Madara used Gakido from the rods directly and if it isn't the case then please explain to me why there is a panel showing Madara's Rinnegan right next to the Enton Arrow and the rods and why there is a barrier like thing (which is the sign of Gakido ) ?

I didn't take too much concentration on Madara's Rinnegan, but in his fixed skin. I really don't know why do you see the Rinnegan if the panel shows the Left-side of an entire face, not the upper side focusing on both eyes.

Really, the manga gave an open question, so let's quit this arguing and let's see what truly happened.

He just activated the rinnegan, and in the scan bellow it said he soaked it all up.

Agreed. I really didn't understand the thing about the Vortex and Gakido.

What I don't get yet is how the force imposed on the arrow was deflected only with these Chakra Rods.

Even Hinata was able to break those against Tendo Pain...

The only thing that makes sense to me is that it wasn't Obito who became Jinchuuriki at own will, but the Juubi possesing Obito's body to induce a pseudo-Jinchuuriki state as a preparation ritual for reaching final form. Based on this, we could call this Jinchuuriki "Corrupted Obito".
