[Discussion] Are the edo hokages not at their full power?

In today's scans Tobirama said that he was currently in a sorry state since he could only create two clones. Does it mean they are not at their full strenghth? Or is it just that the barrier they are holding prevents them from doing much else.

Well he could only make two clones while keeping up the Red Sun Barrier; however, yes, they are not at full power.

As Tobirama already mentioned, Orochimaru brought them back with ALMOST their full power (as he was attempting to leave Orochimaru).

It was only because the edo Hokages are keeping up a kage level barrier that they could not do much.

yea he said something about i can only create this many in this barrier either the barrier itself is limiting it or holding the barrier up is limiting it eitherway the barrier is causing them to not be able to go naruto clone style for some reason

They were not revived at their full power, they were revived at 3/4 of their power, otherwise as soon as Orochimaru revived them he would have no control over any of the Kages due to them being a full powered uncontrollable beings. And the fact that they are using op techniques and holding down the most op barrier in ninja history.

They werent Brought back with FULL power but they were brought back very close to there primes so almost and that holding the barrier down so thats the most they can do
