[Spoilers] Surprised no one has mentioned Minato's Sasuke comment

Sasuke flies in front of Naruto in order to stop Obito, and Minato sinks his head down and says "I see, so that's it."

At this point Minato hasn't figured out it's Obito, as that comes later on when he flickers to him. Minato has figured out whatever Sasuke has planned as well, and he doesn't like it.

Are you sure it's not like Minato already knew it was Obito? Remember Minato is a sensor type, and now he is wearing Kurama's cloak...

Nah, he realizes that Sasuke it trying to deliver a final blow to Obito and then after realizing, he follows up on Sasuke's Enton arrows to try a deliver the final blow to Obito himself. That's what I got from it, I don't think he knows what's on Sasuke's mind.

Yeah, and Hashirama ordered both Sasuke and Naruto to stop Obito. Minato shouldn't suspect from Sasuke, since Hashirama told it to be done.

Yup. I just woke up. Need to make sure I've ingested caffeine before posting threads. Completely forgot about the flashback which happened immediately after.

He confirms his hypothesis by using a Kage Bunshin which automatically teleports to Obito since the mark never disappears, confirming him to be the masked man.

I believe he had no idea that it was Obito, because of his reaction after attacking him, I believe he realized that Obito had the seal on him and thought Sasuke wouldn't make it in time or something.

I think minato realizes the masked man wasnt madara and that it was time to get some payback. I dont think he realizes its obito till he actually sees his face, im sure his chakra signature has changed with all the senju/madara dna and whatnot.

What i think actually he commented abot was the Kinjutsu being use, ie. The Rinne Tensei no jutsu nd samone was being manipulated by Madara to use it. And he also realised that the person being used had his ftg mark on him so he figured its samone he has fought wif b4.

Actually, his reaction to Obito when he comes face to face with him makes it seem like he had no idea the Masked Man was Obito. "So that's it" is likely him making the connection that the Masked Man was not Madara as advertised. "So that's it" could be referencing his acknowledgement that he remembers the Masked Man and his plan is coming to fruition. This is how he knew he could FTG the Masked Man.

The Flashback seems to just be fan service, and not related to Minato's thoughts at the time. After coming face to face with Obito, he realized the two are one in the same.

I think Sasuke is trying to do everything by himself. It shows that Sasuke wants to be the hero of this war, it's obvious the way Sasuke used Aoda to cut Naruto off instead of charging in together.

Minato just realized that he is the Masked man that attacked the village and right after slashing him he realized that he is actually Obito .......if he knw that he is Obito from the begining he didn't had attacked him..............

Minatos a sensor, true and if tobirama could sense karin was an uzumaki just like that, minato probably figured out it was the masked mans chakra right away. Then, he probably heard madara address him as obito and figured it out.

What he did undestand was that the masked man was screaming and so he used his already existed FTG formula. He didn't understand it was Obito till after he caught. Can't you see the suprise on his face?

he realized it was the masked man he fought(from far away) then when his clone got up close he realized the masked man was obito. Not very complicated.
