kishi LOVES his great hokage's and he will always view them as the ultimate shinobi's (naruto's role models and the ones that he have always dreamed of surpassing).

i know what you mean bro (was so hyped when the hokage's returned). just wait, the manga is currently focusing on hashirama and madara because of their history and how they are linked. it's also focusing on how the old generation (tobirama) is admiring/proud of the new ones (minato). but believe me, tobirama and sarutobi will have their turn and they will show the rest why they are called HOKAGE'S. kishi didn't bring them back for nothing, he is setting the stage for something HUGE.

Shino - No one remembers him. That is what makes him his character.

I think Tobirama is just impressed that Minato improved on some of his techniques and that good hokages came after him and Hashirama. Although we haven't seen him fight much he did start many of the institutions and infrastructure that is still in place in the village today. Hashirama made the peace but Tobirama built up the systems that allowed for ninja children to be better trained and live longer.

Honestly, for as epic as Tobirama looks, Kishi screwed him by making him a water user. Water is lame, hence Tobirama is lame. Nobody ever dies from element attacks. They're too generic and boring to be a real finishing move. Except maybe Kirin, Rasenshuriken and Limelight.

I just don't think Tobirama is an interesting character. To me, he's just Hashi's brother with one mediocre space/time jutsu and s-rank(boring) water style jutsu. Nothing more, nothing less.
