Something I've noticed in this chapter. Tobirama is actually the creator of the shadow clone technique!
In this panel, Hashirama got multiple wood clones, while Tobirama; who's known for his powerful water techs, didn't make water clones, instead he got 2 shadow clones like Minato and Naruto...
This further proves, That Tobirama and Minato are related!
They share many techs:

There hasn't been anyone outside the leaf who can use shadow clones!
Even in the leaf; only few know it..

The scroll is called "Scroll of Seals", and dates back to Hashirama (according to Naruto Wiki). Yes, there is no proof Tobirama created it, but why not? And it isn't a basic jutsu strictly speaking, it's actually a forbidden jutsu.

Yes I belive that Minato is a senju but i dnt knw how and also I dnt want him to be a senju............
