here minato instantly recognized that obito was the masked man during kyubi attack. He also realized that madara was using him to use rinne tensei on him. Hence Minato instantly remembered that mark he put on obito and thus attacked him with FTG .

It's really sad Minato had such a badass moment only for it to be ruined by Obito.

However, the Hiraishin mark never disappearing means Minato can effortlessly solo Bee, Tsunade and Rinnegan Obito.

I am even wondering how Hiraishin will be used against Jinchuuriki Obito. The mark's still there.
