And exactly that means that, the thing you throw can block the thing that is coming towards you, which means that Rods can block Enton Arrows.

It's more of canceling out. The Chakra Rods tip broke when it collided with the tip of the Kagutsuchi Arrow, breaking its tip also. But yes, the Enton Arrows can be countered in that manner.
