how could Obito become a junchiriki when he is stabed, slashed n controled by madara

Is such a annoying page at the end showing obito becoming a jinchuriki of jubbii. how on earth can be become a junchiriki all of a sudden without using any seals, nor any jutsu.

In addition to this I thought no 1 can be a jinchuriki during a weakned state. just like Kushina couldn't become jinchuriki of 9 tail after naruto's birth. so how can Obito manage to do this.

Not only this obito was controlled by madara's will. He was stabbed by kakashi and he was ultimately neck slished by minato. but obito still pulled the jubbii's jinchuriki crap shit outta no where.

I agree but Kushina was already the Jin of Kurama when she gave birth to naruto. She was just weak during that moment so she was unstable and vulnerable.

Mind transfer by the way of the Rinnegan,Obito's Body was control by Madara because haft of it was created by Madara but the other haft is Obito and the Rinnegan was on that side. I think Obito use the last ounce of His strength to Transfer His essence to the Juubi who has a blank Mind. Something Madara never envision He could do.
