Some questions about the lastest chapters

Since I started with some new Animes I didn't focus on Naruto that well. Just read the chapters and thats it.
But now I don't get anything anymore.

a) What is that energy surrounding Minato ( looks like the Kyuubi-Chakra )
b) So is Obito now the Jinjuuriki or did the Juubi turn into the silhouette of Rikudo ?
c) What does Hashirama do ? Is he still focusing on the barrier ?
d) What do the other Kage do ? Tobirama can create a huge water-tornado-spear-thing that could stop the jutsu or Hiruzen has that Jutsu where everything around him turns into shuriken and just flies at the target. But still none of them do anything.

a) It is Kyuubi's Chakra. He has half of it sealed inside of him.
b) It's stated on the last page of 637, he's the jinchuuriki
c) Dunno, we're still to find out
d) Seems like the're just watching in awe.
