Once again, Obito has proven to be the troll king. He even had me going, thinking he was gonna fall prey to plot and madara.
Even the seemingly all-knowing and untrollable Madara had his plan ruined.
YAY! Obito is not counted out yet! Now, feel the wrath of the 10 tails Jinchuuriki Beeyotches.

BTW. Itachi, Nagato, or Kabuto aint got sheit on current Obito, LOL.

Come on Obito, be what the story needs and add more character death tolls. You can do it!

there is no sharingan just the rinnegan eye which lead me to believe obito used izanagi to survive and become the juubi junchuriki

The plot twist was great! I definitely didn't expect that; Obito looked too weakened to pull any more tricks from his sleeve. At least this means we'll see Obito go out with a bang rather than dying as Madara's pawn.

It also seems like there is slight foreshadowing that Naruto, Sasuke, and Minato will be the major three to battle Obito, however considering that Obito may now be on the same level as the So6P, I expect most of the Alliance will join the fight too.

The chapter felt somewhat short, but it was definitely enough to keep me satisfied for the rest of this week. 5 out of 5.

Yes it appears to be this. The resemblance to black zetsu is uncanny. And considering Madara created Black Zetsu via Obito, I'm pretty sure it's him. Izanagi is a way too out there idea for now.
