as we all know minato fourth hukage was very famous and popular he died when he was not even thirty.he was stated as genius even frm jiraya and third who was also known as god of shinobi. some people think he was not greatest . we all know what was the condition when he died . he inventend rasengan . master of ftg and sealing technic this much we know abt him he even has kcm . when hashirama fought madara and 9 tails he was alone while minato was died while saving his family and village.

as he was selected as a fourth hukage he might be having more deadly jutsu on his arsenal apart frm rasengan and ftg. as we know he used to use thease very frequent so thease were his normal jutsu like naruto.s shadow clone lee.s whirlwind kakashi . chidori i think he might have some more deadly and secret jutsu forbiden technic. thatswhy we was stated strongest hukage

i think, the OP is talking about the possibility of minato showing more jutsus.

minato has a lot more jutsus then what has been shown so far. the guy is a sealing expert. he has tons of sealing jutsus, as confirmed by kushina, and his elemental affinity is still a secret. something interesting about minato. he seems to have the perfect tech for any situation, so who knows what else he has in his arsenal.
