Moment:

Sasuke: defeating Naruto, screwing up Orochimaru and Deidara, defeating Bee with Amaterasu, killing Danzo, unlocking the EMS scene against White Zetsu and most importantly, becoming good again ^^.

Naruto: being acknowledged in Part 1, defeating and TnJ'ing Nagato, meeting his parents, becoming friends with Kurama and achieving Bijuu Mode, it was a badass scene ^^.

Itachi: killing off the Uchihas in the name of Konoha, acting like the coolest villain almost for the entire time, dying infront of Sasuke, acting like a villain again, his team up with Naruto and Bee against Nagato and the reunion with Sasuke, after which he screwed Kabuto with Izanami ^^.

Nagato: surviving the hard times he had in his life, destroying Hanzo's dogs, soloing Konoha, becoming good, soloing Naruto and Bee ^^.

Minato: saving Kushina, confessing his love to her, defeating Kurama and Obito, saving the Alliance with S/T Barrier, cutting Obito in the latest chapter ^^.

There are more favorite moments that I can list, but these are my favorite characters's most cool feats. ^^
