[Theory] Just some major plot holes

Do you know how in this series, when two people from different clans get together, their sons and daughters are "cross-overs"? Like Tsunade being half-Senju, half-Uzumaki?

Just keep that in mind for later, because I'm going way back to the beginning now.

The Sage of Six Paths supposedly had two sons: a Uchiha and a Senju. At that point in time, they were the only Uchiha and Senju to exist at all.

Hundreds of years later, we see that both clans got big and strong, full of pure-blooded Senju and Uchiha members.

...But how is that even possible? Whoever the first two had mated with, their sons and daughters (if women even exist in those clans at all...) would have necessarily been half-breed. Their grandsons and granddaughters would have been even further watered down, and so on.

Unless the Sage also had two daughters and had some incest going on, which I think would be highly controversial, the whole Uchiha and Senju story coming from only 2 sons seems impossible.

The sage didn't have Uchiha and Senju sons.


Uchiha's are descendents of the Elder Son and Senju's are descendents of the Younger Son.

You must not have a basic grasp on genetics. The Sons are the PROGENITORS of the Uchiha and Senju, meaning anybody preceding is part of the bloodline. The sons presumably mated, and THEIR DESCENDANTS became known as the Uchiha and Senju. They are related to the Sons because the sons started the bloodlines from the beginning, but the dilution and purity of the blood in relation to the sons (Original bloodline) is very miniscule.

This isn't a plot hole in the slightest.

Naruto doesn't have red hair because it is extremely recessive in Humans, even more so than the recessive allele known as blonde hair. Because it was more recessive than Blonde, it allowed the Blonde hair to dominate it, thus Naruto has Blonde hair.

If you are going to start applying science to one thing in Naruto, then you'll have to apply it to all of it. Let's discuss how a human body realistically contains "chakra", can withstand giant shuriken and metal swords cutting through vital organs without causing death, how we can spit fire by weaving hand seals and contain monstrous beings inside our little bodies.

I'm talking about the manga's logic here. Coming from someone who has a Naruto with Rinnegan sig, I suppose you don't know much of it. I highly doubt Kishimito was thinking about advanced genetics when he created Naruto, he's blond simply because spiky yellow hair looks cooler than if he had straight red hair.

I dont know what manga you are reading but it's not the same I am, there are actually very few cross-overs in the series, the two main being Tsunade and Naruto, and both clearly don't look exactly like their ancestors.

They are called "Senju" and "Uchiha", the burden of proof is on you. Sasuke and Itachi's parents were clearly Uchiha by what you could tell of their hair color. Prove to me that those other Uchiha were not pure blood, because they do seem to be.

I see you're delving away from the subject... And what does my signature have to do with any of this? I have my own theory as to how we would get it, but until we get ample evidence in the manga it is still a theory. All you have done here is grasp at straws to prove something that isn't concrete and simply isn't a plot hole.
