People have begun to think that Perfect Susano'O is the final jutsu of the EMS, though Itachi states "Completely New" So the final jutsu shouldn't be an ugraded version of Susano'O.

No, its not. Itachi explained what EMS is earlier. But then he added: "But that was only half of the story...", and he says about new technique. Please, try to read manga properly before insulting someone.

What? No. Madara was never Jinchuuriki of Kurama, it has nothing to do with his chakra. Madara was using Kurama as summon only. PS is definietly EMS technique.

Perfect Susanoo has nothing to do with the Rinnegan. Madara made it clear it was his own power.

LOL no. Madara's ability to summon the meteor's was using his Susanoo to increase the pull on the Rinnegan technique: Banshon Tenshin (Almighty Pull), hence why he PULLED the meteors from the sky.
