Edo Tensei requires you to do a ritual to bring the souls from the pure world, he needs to sacrifice a body for each Jin and then he can summon them wherever he wants via a clap of the hands.

When you can show him preparing Edo Tensei summons like Kabuto did then he can use them in VS threads. Until then, him doing it when he didn't already prep them in the manga counts as prep time, meaning he can't use the Jins. Period.

Stop repeating the same BS over and over again. Its prep time, whether you like it or not.

Orochimaru doing that is prep time, the only difference is Orochimaru actually did it. Obito didn't, so you saying he can do it in a VS thread counts as prep time.

His mokuton control isn't the most impressive, and in a fight is useless against the man that fought Hashirama. Their katons seem to be equal, agreed here.

zetsu already stated that he he used mokuton, and zetsu was infused with obito which makes him part of his power.

he said i am going to teach you, which means obito has knowledge and he has the rinnegan so he can use them, its called logical assumption.

obito is 50% senju which gaves monstrous levels of chakra and strong life force, and 50% uchiha which gives him an extremely powerful chakra that makes his techs's strength above average. nagato is only uzumaki and he lacks the powerful chakra to make his techs very strong. so yes obito can use them and use them more powerful than nagato due to his uchiha powerful chakra.
