These are developments that i could see happening in Naruto Chapter 637. (Not necessarily in this order)
1) Kakashi is seen resting in the other dimension, thinking about his last fight and resting from his wounds.
He starts thinking that maybe Obito purposedly let himself be hit, and that the longer their fight kept going, the more Obito seemed to lose his will to fight.
Maybe Obito realized that fightning anymore was pointless, and that Kakashi and Naruto would have never become like him. Inside of himself his emotions ran wild, and he was losing his motivation, even through he said otherwise because of his pride.
After that line of throught, Kakashi teleports back to the real world to see what's going on.
2) Obito is seen by his former sensei Minato, and after a bit he's finally recognized by him.
Obito keeps struggling to control his body, but it's no use.
Madara then proceeds to tell Obito that ever since he reconstructed his body, he hid a black zetsu inside of him to take control as a failproof.
3) Madara keeps taunting Obito as he regains his alive body, telling him he was merely been a pawn his entire life, telling him that his destiny was already decided ever since Madara found his body.
4) Obito remarks to Madara that the reason he proceeded with the Moon Eye Plan was to end all suffering, and that he never cared about ressurrecting Madara. He just wanted a world where no one would have to suffer as much as him.
5) Madara is now alive. Obito is almost dead and just has a sliver of lifeforce left.
Madara laughs and says to Obito that he was merely a puppet. Madara says he was the one to control the bloody mist into making Rin into a jinchuuriki.
Obito is shocked and he starts to cry, realizing everything he did was just a big lie, and that everything was orchestrated by Madara.
Madara grabs Obito and tells him that his role has ended, throwing him at Minato feet.
6) Minato embraces Obito, meanwhile Kakashi returns from the other dimension, and is astounded to see his sensei.
Crying in the arms of Minato, Obito tells everyone that he was a fool and deserves to die. He bids farewell to Kakashi and tells him that if he wants, his other sharingan can be his.
Obito proceeds to tell Naruto that he's sorry for everything he has done, and finally dies with dry tears.
7) Naruto, fueled with rage, tells Madara that he's a monster, and that he caused suffering in Obito life only for his dirty motives.
Kakashi cries on top of Obito's body, saying that for a moment, he could see the old Obito.
Naruto says that he will never forgive him, and proceeds to enter Bijuu Mode enraged.
End of Chapter 637
