If Hidan would have been smart enought (let's say Sakura or Neji level) do you think he would be on Akatsuki top 5?

Because he was immortal and if he wouldn't be a total idiot he would be too damn strong.

He wasn't that much dumb. He was just too arrogant as he though he was immortal and nobody got sh1t on him. He was mid inteligent as he could analyze Shikamarus use of his Shadow technique.

But yeah if Hidan wouldn't be that much arrogant and be more intelligent he would have a good chance standing on the 5th or 6th place in the Akatsuki Ranking.
