[Question] Could byakuya beat Shinji Hirako pre time-skip

The thread said pre-time skip, meaning the 17 months where Ichigo didn't have powers.

Which time skip are you talking about? the 17 months? Shinji had hollow powers before and after the time skip so I don't see why he can't use his hollow powers.

Shinji takes this his Shikai is to dangerous for Byakuya as he has to control Senbonzakura's blades so he doesn't get hit by his own attack it was mentioned he kept like a gap in the circle he has around him preventing the blades hitting him, if Shinji uses his Shikai it's game over.

he was captain 100yrs before so he more experienced than byakuya plus he has hollow powers can fire cero. Not to mention shikai and unknown bankai

we hav not seen how good shinji is in using kido whereas byakuya is master in it ...in a fair fight i would say byakuya has upper hand

I say Shinji takes it aside from Flash steps I don't think Byakugan really has anything on Shinji, I mean with Shinji's Shikai it's already hard enough to keep your coordination, but to have to simultaneously control millions of little petals would be to much. Plus Shinji has Visored powers which would completely overwhelm byakuya's bankai.

Mind you that Hollow Ichigo trampled Byakuya in their fight and it's been shown that Shinji's stronger than Ichigo (up to Hollow powers).

Mask+Bankai Ichigo barely had the upper hand on Grimmjow while Mask Shinji (not even using Shikai) had his back against the wall.

Even with the 17 month time-skip it remains the same. I give this to Shinji.

Please don't let that old fight fool you byakuya has improved in everyway.an the only reason hollow ichigo put byakuya back against the wall was because of the sneak attack that he gave byakuya that's was to deep of a wound for byakuya to fight at full strength.
