On topic, I really don't see Guy as being dumb. He is eccentric and has a bad memory but he's unique and his battle smarts are insane. Kiba is just hot-headed and his solution to anything he can't beat with a Gatsuuga is to make a bigger Gatsuuga. (but I still love him)

Yeah...Rock Lee has a unique personality, I can't think of one time Rock Lee has done anything moronic. Kiba had one good moment and that was because Kiba is a good survivalist and is good at covering his tracks- when it comes to actual battle smarts he charges in and gets hurt, and if that fails- he just tries it again but bigger or more heads (and this is coming from a big Kiba fan)

Sorry but The rest of the Base has spoken, and As Kiba's only fan you should accept the facts. Kiba's one of the less intelligent characters in the series and lost to a fart...

And Rock Lee is just eccentric, he's actually pretty damn smart when he needs to buckle down and be serious.
