Bankai ichigo was moving pretty fast and literally creating speed clones of himself, flash step is too fast and the precision of their movements are also pretty better then body flicker IMO

Well speed would be measured by how it travels not really by how it's perceived but idk if the narutoverse could make after images( but Goku was moving this fast as kid? I get its DBZ but still come on)

Kido,Hado, bakudo ect. Naruto cant really compare to shikai and bankai either.

Kyoraku took nanao an covered such a vast distance instantly, which even Yamamoto commented on to be impressive feat.
And their precise movements are also a great factor when it comes to fighting...

I do tyvm his flash step is not faster than FTG. Isaw aizen's fragor make a crater in a wasteland(of course ichigo lol tanked it with a burned hand) but I think naruto's tailed beast bomb can rival it seeing as it deflected 5 other TBB with mountain busting strength

aizen did that with ease and naruto has to use one of his best moves to counter it. That in itself tells you bleach stomp

Monster was a one time thing and you can say that fragor is aizen's most destructive ability seeing as it took his final form to make one and never showed anything stronger
