If obito was so good why did he lose to kakashi?

Just curious, obito fans go on about how good he is but he was fairly easily defeated by kakashi, and claimed itachi could own him whenever he wanted to.

Because that's what Kishimoto had in mind.
It doesn't matter.

Obito is overpowered with Kamui available.....

In the Kamui dimension, he couldnt phase out whatsoever like he did.... therefore... he got defeated.

Without Kamui, Obito is still the same shinobi he was.... Kakashi perhaps the most versatile fighter in the manga (along with the likes of Itachi, Hiruzen and Sasuke).....

Obito without Kamui is the same Obito he was.... Kakashi beats him in speed and taijutsu, just like he used to.

Kakashi was the worst opponent for Obito and Obito was weakened previously in the Kamui dimension. Any match outside the dimension and Obito would have a very strong chance of winning

I imagined that, because Obito was so dependent on his Mangekyo Sharingan, his passive stats in speed had insignificant development over the 17 years he's had it. Because the two were in the Kamui Dimension, using Kamui to dodge Kakashi's attack would mean escaping into the normal dimension and risk attacks by other shinobi.

Regardless of how powerful Kakashi is at the core, Raikiri is a freaking dangerous attack. An A-rank lightning-element stabbing attack would gore most shinobi no matter how formidable they were. Naruto was a terrible shinobi when he was 12, but he still made Kabuto keel over with Rasengan, because it's all about execution of the attack.

And, contrary to popular opinion, both shinobi entered the Kamui Dimension fatigued.

I'm thinking that Obito was having special feelings for kakashi and let him stab him. Couldn't obito just kill him with one touch anyway??

Kamui is the best proven counter for Kamui. That is one factor.

Obito is most vulnerable in the Kamui dimension, that is the second factor.

It is that simple.

Couldn't use Kamui, Kamui Shuriken and Bakufu Ranbu, Didn't have much chakra and couldn't perform Mokuton and Rinnegan Techs as opposed to Kakashi who had his refilled TWICE his Gedo Mazou/Bijuu's were in the real dimension, All he had was a chakra pole, low level Katons and Genjutsu (Which plot seemed to have downgraded)

Kakashi literally fought a 3 Tomoe Tobi -_-

i like this thought, basically obito was untouchable with kamui but he was always the same shinobi that kakashi used to slap around, not to mention he used a ton of chakra before bringing kakashi to his world.
