Are Chakra Scalpels good?

Now we all know Part 1 Kabuto was a fodder nerd that thought way too highly of himself, however, were his Chakra Scalpels any good? Did they cut through human flesh?

Yes, they did. He cut Tsunade's muscles and respiratory muscles. He also was able to immobilize Shizune.

It's a scalpel, and Kabuto's was alot deadlier then a regular chakra scalpel

A normal scalpel is a pretty good weapon. So I would assume that a chakra infused one is a great weapon

Chraka Scapel will or will not cut the skin it is up to the user. But they are very good and are the basis of chakra enhanced strength.

if by fodder you mean he was able to take down several ANBU and fight toe to toe with kakashi and then still get away from him, and survive a rasengan to the chest, then yes Kabuto part1 was a fodder.

and yes a scalpes (chakra or no chakra) can cut true flesh.... (pretty obvious don't you think? it would be rather pointless if it could not...)
