Obito wins low diff. He can warp Kakuzu before he ever gets his masks out as the latter has no intel on his ability. Or if he lets him gets his masks out, he could fry them all with his Bakufu Rambu and then proceed to warp Kakuzu (If he hasn't been torched by katon)

as far as i remember Tobi never "warped" anyone it was first after he stopped being "goofy" Tobi (tobi is a good boy) that he started warping people. (and if that is correct) then warping is not part of Tobi's arsenal.

And Tobi most deffenetly never used any fire jutzu's before he changed personal, so therefor it's not part of his arsenal either.

Correct, but this is not Obito vs Kakuzu it's "Goofy Tobi" vs Kakuzu
