Ok i know alot of you is going to say 'Kakashi admitted that Naruto had surpassed him' but that was before but right now with all the training that Kakashi did he now surpassed Naruto, ok if Naruto is stronger than Kakashi why naruto wasent capable to defeat obito while Kakashi was capable explain me that? if Naruto try to use rasengan or something Kakashi can simply counter it using kamui because with kamui he can send everything to other dimension so if he want he can kamui Naruto head off so the new chapter prove that Kakashi is stronger than Naruto.

No it does not prove it.
You forget a few things.

Obito couldnt use Kamui in the other dimension.
Obito was on lower chakra.

Kakashi might be able to Kamui someones head off and he might be able to take on Naruto (Naruto is so fast, he might take down Kakashi before he can Kamui though), but this chapter didnt prove that.

Seriously Naruto has Kurama- The biggest part of Juubi(Progenitor of Shinobi World, Creator of chakra according to Kurama). Besides Naruto has more chakra by himself then Kakashi, Naruto got Sage mode and Rasengan and grown up a lot and became smarter since last Kakashi vs Naruto(fight for bells).

Anyway Manga is named Naruto, not Kakashi.

However I admit that Kakashi has chance to Kill Naruto thanks to Kamui but much smaller then Naruto has to kill Kakashi if he wanted to.

The whole idea is that one generation surpasses the previous, Naruto has surpassed Kakashi so much that he could easily kill Kakashi in a fight.

I admit that Naruto can destroy Kakashi. But we have to think about the context of "stronger than me" in the panel. He could be saying that Naruto is mentally stronger than him. Meaning... someone who doesn't crack under the pressure, someone who holds onto his beliefs and ideals even though everyone is against him.

It's all about match-up. Naruto beat Gaara, when Sasuke failed to do so. Sasuke still won against Naruto in their battle. Obito's main advantage was Kamui, without it he's just a fodder shinobi.

your only argument is kakashi handling obito. First off, it is currently a draw since last we saw, kakashi was doubled over from taking a chakra rod through the stomach in obito's dimension. And the reason he was matching obito was simply because he chose to fight kakashi on a fair playing ground due to their past. I ask you, why did obito not use any rinnegan techs against him? Sure by now kakashi would know the way to counter the paths but knowing and doing are totally different. Almighty push, summoning, nearly any of the paths could handle kakashi because he wouldnt have the base chakra to counter them like naruto has. Not to mention that obito could just go ghost and maneuver around behind him. Kakashi would get pwnd by naruto in a true confrontation because quite honestly if naruto was serious, he would make 50 BM clones and attack with them and by the time kakashi could kamui one into smoke, the others would be shoving rasengans down his throat and up his ass.
