If Minato gave Naruto second half of Kuramas chakra, Naruto would become way more powerful than he was up to this point with BM. On the contrary, Sasuke didnt master his new Sharingan, hes yet to achieve PS. If they fought in conditions like that it wouldnt even be a battle, it would be a pwnage. Haven't you noticed? Every time they fight... one is always exhausted or had battled someone else right before the clash.
