No, you didn't proved it. You only assume that Obito killed her with a genjutsu, when the manga clearly shows: 1) he stabbed Konan 2) he grabbed Konan's throat. Both moves are capable of killing a human. Neji was stabbed by a stick = he died. Even in real world, you can kill someone by breaking his trachea.

1) Proved that konan was okay to fight after the stab, that stab wasn't killing her.

2) obito wasnt going to choke konan to death, what if she died during his search through her mind? Then the rinnegan is lost forever, obito cant predict when he's going to kill konan by means of choking, therefore if he was choking her to death he would have no idea when she bites the dust. Not an ideal situation for obito.

Manga clearly shows konan dying during the genjutsu, obito cant kill her before ending it because then he would lose the info.

Hilarious, did madara die when hashi fodderized him? Did kabuto die when Itachi fodderized him? Just because a character isnt killed during battle doesnt mean that they didnt get stomped.

Itachi is a pacifist, he wouldn't kill somebody unless absolutely necessary, oro wasnt necessary to kill, so he merely embarrassed him. Oro would be dead if itachi had intent to kill, tell me how oro would've escaped that situation otherwise? Itachi let him go because he isnt even worth the time.

because abc logic doesn't work in this manga... kakashi was Obito's worst matchup because of his mangekyou sharingan
he's not immortal. Sasuke killed him. do you remember. if Sasuke hadn't revived him he would be still dead
and it was already stated that a base 3tomoe sharingan can render all his jutsus useless[
