1. Obito was NOT going to revive madara, he was probably going to revive rin or whatever he had planned to do for his own sake, HE wanted to become the juubi's jinchuriki, so even if madara had it all planned it would've been a failure. He cannot control obito and force him to revive him while being dead.

2. Was it part of madara's plan for kabuto to revive him as edo? lol please.

3. Lets face it, madara is completely irrelevant in the latest chapters. It was foreseen that obito would become the final villian from the beginning.

From my perspective, Madara and all this bs going on right now is nothing but a complete ass-pull from kishi and that's most likely the reason why the manga's so terrible right now.

Madara was so laid back when Obito was "threatening" him telling him he has the upper hand. He even let him play around with the alliance. If he hasn't an ace up his sleeve he would be much more worried and he wouldn't sit around letting Obito play shinobis with Naruto and Kakashi.
I believe Madara before his death made sure he can always control Obito.

He can't, he can't control obito as a ghost, And nagato used rinne tensei to revive the leaf shinobi, so even if obito had in mind tricking nagato to revive madara wich i highly doubt, madara's plan would've still end up in failure because of that. And madara revived as edo? That wasn't his plan either. None of it wouldn't of happened. It was all randomly picked.

i don't understand what are you complaining about ......

1. obito TRULY believed in the eye moon plan (was going to revive madara not rin,), i mean if he was going to revive rin AND preform the eye moon plan at he same time, then it wouldn't make any sense plus he would be a very dum shallow character (you make it sound as if he is doing all of this only for rin but obito already admitted otherwise), also obito NEEDS madara because he cannot wage this war alone and preform the EMP. reviving madara have always been the plan until nagato betrayed them and kabuto came in the picture.

2. madara being revived in an edo state wasn't planed, it's not like madara said it was :erm: (actually he was shocked) soooooo ...... what's the point of bringing that up.

3. madara had to have his insurance policy in case obito had other ideas (madara being revived as an edo or not doesn't matter, after being revived obito will stay as his pawn and he planed to keep him on a leash with the cells he gave him), i mean what did you think ?? that obito will actually fool madara and take over ....... now that would have been funny.

BTW if he wanted to really revive rin, he would have revived her as a KID (the way she died).
but he wasn't going to do that (he is messtup but not THAT messtup), he wanted his rin in his dream world where everything is possible (him and rin being young/adults together).

no one ever said that all what happened went precisely according to plan.
madara simply won obito over and made him share his view of the world, gave him the tools (senju DNA, the necessary jutsu, NAGATO/madara's rinnegan and goal/EMP/plan). something things changed, mainly nagato betraying them and kabuto showing up but, still that doesn't change anything. obito didn't expect what nagato did and before he figures a way around it, kabuto came in the picture and he obito saw him as a very useful ally (and a threatening one) and decided to use him to achieve the original goal the EMP (that never changed).
madara of course never planned to be revived as an edo mainly because he can't complete him ultimate goal with an edo body (becoming the ten tails jinchurikii) but the goal/EMP/madara's revival have always remained the same.
