Impressive... never thought to do any math when it came to manga but, here you've done it! It seems legit tbh. If another series comes out, what will he do with, "Mario." I was quite interested in that. Maybe he'll push Mario back for this new series. Seems interesting however. Good find! XD

I doubt there is. Not much to do now.

What I want is a satisfying chunk of time dedicated to the adult lives of the rising ninja generation, most importantly Naruto's tenure as hokage.

Option C is the only logical answer.People do this for money like they care about the fans lol they only care about whats in their wallets.Even after all these shitty fillers they're still getting their viewers and money as well.

3rd Naruto series will go down the same route as GT but even worse they should let Naruto end.Kishimoto will eventually make another manga anyway since his carrier is still up and running.

Sorry, but no.

There will be no Part 3. What would be the point? All the overpowered villains will have been defeated, Naruto is already maxed out on power ups, the entire series has been building to this point, and nobody wants to read a Manga where two people (Sasuke and Naruto) are over powered and basically mow down any threat in their way. Your math and everything was nifty, but common sense suggests Shippuden is the end of Naruto.

There is no villains, unless something happens with Orochimaru right now and it makes him into final villain, but I don't see that happening. So no more Naruto series, since there is no one in Naruto universe strong enough to become good villain that would feel like threat. :yeah:

Well the guy just made a rough estimation of what he has in store for the story currently, in terms of how long he would take to wrap it up. Things are taking longer than he may have estimated but hardly reason to assume a part 3 of Naruto.

Part 3 would be drawn out and unecessary IMO, it would probably focus on konahamaru or w/e and how in the world will he surpass Naruto. God forbid anyone wants to see pairings and their possible kids -shivers-

The anime and the manga ending are two different things kishimoto has very little to do with the animating of the series, so him ending his manga doesn't really have much to do with it other the the anime now would have a sure end.

This. In a new series, we would have to have DBZ power levels with aliens and earth-busting moves. Or some sort of mass power-down happens. I'd rather the series end.

Ehh to be honest, I kinda feel it's a little selfish to wish for the end of the series... you can just stop watching it. Don't ruin it for the people who want the opposite. And don't a lot of people love DBZ?

Here's a thought. What if the SO6P couldn't achieve true peace because there were powerful enemies in his way? If he did, then they could be resurrected and become the new villains. It's not to hard to believe that a higher level of villains would be introduced since we've already been introduced to reapers.

DBZ powerlevels would not ruin Naruto. Tactics can still be a part of it if everyone's buffed and their powers, although powerful and absolute, have weaknesses. This could allow for more strategy.

I agree. Finding another worthwhile conflict is doable if Kishi is truly a good writer.

I once heard a story about an author who was having an argument with someone about the importance of a good plot. The author strongly believed that the strength of a story doesn't matter if the writer is skilled enough. The other guy thought the opposite; he believed that no matter how good you are, a story based on a weak plot would be a train-wreck.

To end the argument, the author asked the other guy to think of the worst plot he could. He came up with a cross between pokemon and the roman legion (I can't really remember if it was the legion, but it was something roman... I think). The author used the idea to write what would later become a critically acclaimed, highly popular book. True story, by the way. I can't remember the author's name, but he has some type of connection to Brandon Sanderson.

What I'm trying to say is that on paper, a story may seem awful, but that is only a very basic shell of what it's actually about. You have to consider the whole package; interesting characters, humor, the journey from one plot point to the next, etc.

Edit- I did a quick google search. The author's name is Jim Butcher, and the book (which seems to actually be a series) is Codex Alera. Here's a quote from Wikipedia:

The inspiration for the series came from a bet Jim was challenged to by a member of the Delray Online Writer’s Workshop. The challenger bet that Jim could not write a good story based on a lame idea, and Jim countered that he could do it using two lame ideas of the challenger’s choosing. The “lame” ideas given were “Lost Roman Legion", and “Pokémon”.[1]

Sorry, disagree. Tactics inadvertently disappear when god powers are introduced. The susanoo destroyed all of Sasuke's tactical skills- instead of taking out Deidara with his brain he now would just take him out with some bright lights and laser beams, I mean- why would he do anything otherwise? DBZ is awful because there's no soul to it and every character is basically Superman so basically, why should you care about some titan god who can do anything and can come back to life? OP power levels would and have ruined Naruto.

The reason Susanoo has made things have less tactics is because there's no weakness to susanoo. If it had a weakness, tactics would be involved. Imagine how OP some of the jutsu in part 1 would be if it had no weaknesses. Take Tayuya's genjutsu for example. Or Kidomaru's spider webs. Or palms rotation for that matter. Garra's jinchuriki transformation.

I disagree with your opinion about DBZ. Each has unique personalities in it. DBZ was awesomeness itself!

You aren't looking at the one number that matters: Kishis bank account balance.

Kishi wanna spend all that money on trips and fun stuff, not work inside on some stupid manga.
