I believe I've heard you post this before in your other threads (either that or I connected the implicit dots you supplied without realizing it), although with less 'supporting evidence.'
If Rikudo Sennin were to acquire some real panel time, this would be the method by which I'd prefer it come to pass.
Any other method of giving him dialogue in the present story line (i.e. reanimation or some bull****) would seem... off.
