The next member must be Monet, I still think she is alive and I remember someone proved that she is alive still. The reason why it makes sense for her to be the next SH is because I'm pretty sure the SH's will visit the moon just like Enel did (possibly learn more about the void century) and Monet will be a huge asset to the crew in this case since she is an astronomer.

She looks just like Robin
And I think there will be only 2 more joining. 1 after this arc (Bellamy) and 1 later that is not Jimbei.
However Jimbei will help the straw hats later like Law is doing now

But the next strawhats will be the latter three I listed. I think it is possible they could all join at one time.

why would they be under the ocean? she is obviously around , either flying or in the ship
i believe it is forshadowing that monet is still alive and well , and is still a candidate for the next strawhat

If she isn't on the ship then a Tattonta person is ; however the people on the boat are screwed against the DD family so I am convinced Monet will be there and help fight them off , she will bring the knowledge of Astronomy.

As you can see she saw Chopper and let him escape , the paper is probably a vivre card in order for Monet to follow him across the seas. Hence a possibility of her being nearby.

As she broke down and burst into tears indicating she has entered the tournament for a meaningful purpose. Unlike others which entered for the glory and fame , her purpose is to win the prize in order to kill Doflamingo (one of the SH enemies , therefore they will be on the same side).
However I believe the next female member must be a logia user. If Luffy wins the Tournament he can give the fruit to Rebecca , if they are friends he would be happy with her using its power. And as a rookie devil fruit user she will not be too overpowered.
She and the soldier (which i will call Sol from now on) are clearly close. If she joins he will too , if he joins she will too.

Seems to me like another member whom could fit in with the crew quite nicely. His known traits:
-Disrespects authority (just like Luffy,Zoro and Sanji in particular with no regard to a hierarchical system or policing etc.)

-He knows how to use Rokushiki and is therefore not week , however we do not know how strong he is

-He is quite a silly/goofy character

-And because the crew is very bizarre with people from many walks of life : He is a toy ; he would fit in with a crew including: A living skeleton , a Cyborg , a Rubber man and a talking Reindeer
-He lost his leg in the past so he clearly has a sad back story , and guess what? So does every other member of the strawhats!

To finish things off he is trying to assist Franky in every way he can which forshadows either him joining or friendship in the future chapters. However unlike Kinemon he is elligable to join because Kinemon has a son who is too young to be a pirate and I doubt kinemon would let him , but if he joins so would Momonosuke ; therefore Kinemon is out of the question which leaves Vivi as the closest comparison. But I think she too will join.
He has a great understanding of the law , so maybe he could be a lawyer or the one that maintains order on the ship if he joins?

Violet seems like the only candidate as of now. that warrior girl has some connection with the toy soldier (maybe lovers?) and since only 1 member joins at a time, they most probably won't. also after Violet letting Sanji run like this and getting a head on invitation to flee with them, seems like a 90% probability.
i think history continues vialot is temparary member after one or two arcs may be join officialy.in this arc i think male charactor going to join.may be leo.
I want it to be Violet her realtionship with Sanji is cool, Monet is just a no for me since she's way too loyal to Dofla just like Vergo, and Rebecca is also a no because let's face it she loves the toy soldier, if the straw hats help the toy soldier to become human again, assuming he was and he was with Rebecca, what reasons would she have to leave her ove and join the SH, so yeah Violet seems te best option imo, she's the one who is with Dofla agaisnt her will, and Sanji already wanted for her to escape with them, and about Kinemosn and his son, as much as I like them, I'm pretty sure they won't join anyone, they'll rescue their friend and return to Wano, probably taking the SH there where Zoro fights someone powerful, he still has to fight Kinemon because of Shuusui so yeah, those are my toughts on that, beseides they're samurai, they're independent from pirates or marines.
