Well, I was thinking about it and eventually I was like "Oh, they were going to use tsukiyomi and sh--"

So, in order for someone to become the 10th jinchuuriki, everyone has to be asleep while the host proves themselves to the 10 tails in a one on one fight,conversation etc.

I mean come on, sounds like a good way to make a deal. ...
