He absorbed Kakashi's Kyuubi Chakra with Gakido ( a power of the Rinnegan ) so he must have that Chakra in him like Nagato did with Bee.

Watch the page , the moment Obito puts his hand on Kakashi , the Kyuubi cloak disappear.

No buddy you've got it wrong. When Kakashi went into the Kamui world Naruto lost his connection with Kakashi. They can only keep the chakra cloak as long as Naruto has enough chakra to maintain it or as long as he has a connection with them.

For proof Naruto can manipulate each and every chakra shroud and Kurama explained.

This seems to be the case. When Pain used Gakido, there appeared a vortex sucking the chakra slowly, and this wasn't the case. KCC instantly disappeared in the case of Kakashi.

Where was it said in the manga that you have to be close to Naruto to maintain the Kyubi chakra cloak ?

The vortex can't be seen because of Bee's impact. But the lines in Nagato's costume, Nagato's hair and the background lines reveals there is a force coming into him. Did you see this when Obito took Kakashi into Kamui?

It's not. As I said earlier, Nagato took few seconds to absorb the chakra. In the case of Kakashi, his chakra disappeared instantly. Ergo, if the best Rinnegan user took few seconds, there is no way Obito could do it instantly.
