Who knows? It seems for now Sasuke is fighting against the Juubi so I assume that's what Orochimaru will be doing as well. I really hope we get to see Orochimaru use Sage Mode but there's no way of being sure that he can actually use SM or not right now. It seems logical that he would be able to now possessing a Zetsu body which is made from Hashi's DNA, who is the strongest SM user we've seen yet.

i think he's capable of using sage mode ...coz he got arms back so that makes him stronger once again ...m hoping to see all his forbidden technq's in battlefield

Go back and read the manga... Orochimaru discoreved the Ryūchi Cave by investigating Juugo's clan, but he cant enter sage-mode because he havent found a body that is powerful enough, thats why he created the curse-mark as another way to use senjutsu chakra.
