Really? Even though they have appeared several times in canon episodes:
1. Naruto chapter 280, page 4(canon)
Naruto: Shippūden episode 301( canon)
Naruto: Shippūden episode 37(canon)
Naruto: Shippūden episode 261
Naruto: Shippūden episode 276(canon)

Just because they have appeared in fillers does not mean they are non-canon even if some folks here believe that the anime is non-canon

They could have achieved a higher rank by now, we won't know until a new databook is made.

Also I haven't even seen them in the war in the manga.
