Obito can't use his ms in kamui world. It makes perfect sense form him to lose to kakashi.
Sasuke, Itachi, and madara would lose to kakashi if they had their ms,ems, or rinnegan restricted. Kakashi is one of the few if not the only person that uses 3 tome sharingan to the fullest potential. Copying the tech's and abilities( if possible) of everyone he fights.

Haveyou ever seen obito use byakugo, because i haven't. It's obvious why tsunade was still alive. Her byakugo seal never disappeared, therefore she could keep camping the mitosis to prolong her death. She can't bleed out from being cut in half( how she would die) if she's quickly making new blood cells etc to replace all the lost cells...

Obito doesn't have byakugo, tsunade's healing factor is underrated.

Incorrect. In part 1 the moment kakahi came to the scene they were trading blow for blow and clone for clone. Itachi had to use ms to defeat kakashi. Kakashi even got past him and kisame with a water clone feint to save kurenai.
In part 2 the clone that couldn't use ms got tricked by a clone feint.
Sasuke without Ems would get crapped on by war arc kakashi
And we already saw obito lose to him on multiple occasions so....yeah

the series is at it's end.
all the good guys will win (not a matter of power any more), so if anyone disagree's with how obito lost, wait until you see how/who will beat madara.
this is the worst time to be looking for a logical explanation in this series, for me it all started the moment the juubi got revived (the so called destroyer of worlds) and the hero's actually fought it (instead of running/killing themselves coz there is no use).
the only reason am still reading this is to see the hokage's in action (once i see that, am out).

I honestly hope obito lives. It doesn't take 5 living kage 4 dead kage couple kage lvl shinobi +250,000 shinobi to beat 1 man. With obito it doesn't look so bad. As it stands since it takes this much to beat him A living jink madara is unbeatable. (plot will kill him though) Closest thing to S0SA.. I meant.. SoSP himself.

In part 1 itachi wasn't even trying....and in part 2 notice how it was the clone and not the real itachi.....
A beat up sasuke was able to keep up with kakashi and like I said 3 tomoe sasuke went toe to toe with the guy who trashed kakashi
And plz show me where a grown up obito using wood release AND rinnengan lost to kakashi
