Instead of Hachibi and Kyuubi, it will slowly transform to it's perfect form. If he had Hachibi and Kyuubi from the start, it would have been perfect right away.

Here's my idea of what's going to happen. Madara gets juubi, or Obito reveals that he knew about the rods and was expecting this and gets the juubi. Then B dies or gets wounded. He then gives Naruto the 8 tails. Then Naruto has all samples of the biju and a second juubi is formed within Naruto and it becomes a juubi jinchuriki vs juubi jinchuriki battle as Naruto's gets stomped at first but gets stronger as the fight progresses as his juubi matures. Naruto beats Madara, but then, the juubi gets freed and uses its final transformeation and uses its power to the full extent. Maybe Naruto does juubi chakra transfer or something to the alliance, or he gets rinnegan or learns yin-yang release.
