about half of obito's body is composed of white zetsu, however it now seems madara can turn white zetsu to black; which is madara's will. madara will force obito to use rinne tensei. you use rinne tensei and you die.

He'll die either next chapter or the one after. Madara is forcing him to use Rinne Tensei, a move that Obito already admitted he would have to throw away his life in order to use.
