That's all well and good, but it's still prejudice. Sly prejudiced to say the least.
You integrate them into the village by allowing them to live amongst EVERYBODY not just themselves.
When their kids and adults finished their days at school or work they ALL went to the back of the village, away from the rest of the people.
It's sly prejudice.
People will know when they are being discriminated against, this was no different.

When things don't go the way people want, they always cry "PLOT NO JUTSU!" It's like a mantra.
People need to get real.
Obito fought the WHOLE Midrange Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces aboard the Gedo Mazo...
...then fought Bee (plus Gyuki) and Naruto (plus Kurama)...
...then fought with these again plus Kakashi and Guy...
...then got stripped of his best weapon (the undead jinchuuriki)...
...then kept fighting against those (Naruto, Bee, Gyuki, Kurama, Kakashi, Guy) alongside Madara...
...then fought alongside Madara and the Juubi VS THE WHOLE FRIGGIN' ALLIED SHINOBI FORCES minus the Five Kage...
... AND THEN FINALLY had a duel with Kakashi.
Whoever thinks Obito had really a chance of survival is either a Obito zealot worshipper or is clearly in denial. Obito HAD to fall at this point, he is holding his own since more or less chapter 564, which means it took two armies, a number of insanely powerful shinobi and SEVENTY-TWO chapters to bring him down.
Either you want to make Obito look much stronger than he already is, or you're trying to to make Obito look much weaker than he already is; else you honestly got to admit Obito had to lose this fight. A different outcome was kinda absurd, not to mention it'd be a boring read if Obito would still be standing uber alles.

After you get MS you really don't need to. I mean when did Sasuke train the eyes? NEVER. For EMS you don't need to train, just rip some other person's sharingan out and put them in your eye sockets.

Actually it was Obito who back stabbed Madara, he said you would be wise to listen to me.
Tobirama is actually "racist", he never liked the uchiha, that's why he had them cornered, and because of that the uchiha tried to attack Konoha, which lead to itachi kill his clan, and then sasuke turning to orochimaru side, and this all happened because tobirama ideals.
He is the worst hokage as in being a leader.

This is pure Madara fanboying, the manga proved this so many times and logic proves this even more solidly. Stick with your delusions if you so like.
Just remember that Madara chosen to brainwash the whole world because he wasn't voted as a leader, and it is its disciple Obito who attacked Konoha and let the blame fall on the Uchiha clan, which made tension escalate and the coup d'etat happen. Obito admits this himself, saying that the annihilation of the Uchiha clan was a good outcome for him (= for Madara). In fact, Obito lend a hand in the Uchiha massacre directly, I remind you.
Blaming Tobirama is pure delusions. The Military Police and the confinement weren't particularly wise decision by Tobirama, that much is sure, but the Uchiha still were fine citizens of Konoha until Madara's project stepped in.
If by "now" you mean "after mowing down ninjas for 72 chapters" then yes.
