It seems to me that all the sternritter are dead and they became spirits sence there human after all. If true they obviously dont go to soul society ,are they in hell in been training this whole time, also if Quincy become spirts when they die where's ichigo mom she dead but ichigo has never seen her ghost meaning her spirit transported somewhere for Quincy quincy only .maybe quincy rule hell or have there own dimension like heaven also what about uryu grandpa spirit.

• Byakuya: Revenge fight. Simple
