Obito is being controlled by madara and forced to do RINNE TENSEI and if that did not convince you, Obito had a flashback of RIN that should be enough to convince you that RIN nohara + tensei = rinne tensei

Sure, the battle started off as a genjutsu battle.

Then Kakashi and Obito began fighting. During the fight it constantly showed a parallel between a previous Obito Kakashi fight and ended about the same way.

Kakashi winning...probably because Obito forgot he had a Rinnegan as well as he couldn't use his typical fighting style with Kamui.

Obito manages to black rod Kakashi, and returns to the battlefield.


At the same time, Madara casually foundered the weak Mokuton clone, because barely anything was put into it. Madara sees Obito's return and decides to start his revival. Between Obito actually having his Rinnegan as well as Madara probably having control over his Mokuton half, Madara has started the process...which is apparently painful and full of pointy rods. Then again: Nagato

What I don't get is that madras was already edo'd to his prime state. He has free control of his body and unlimited chakra and can't die unless sealed... WHY IN HELL WOULD HE WANT TO BE REVIVED AS HUMAN AGAIN?
