Obito was able to regenerate. Do some OP mokuton techs, use rinnegan techs but in his fight to death he wasn't able to finish handsigns for a katon jutsu ...

Heck, they even did a simulation through genjutsu and obito lost in that "genjutsu" fight still he went ahead to fight in real life, why?? because he want to die ?? Didn't he want to win the war?

So by kishi's logic, no matter what anyone achieves , he will still be inferior to the person he was to in his childhood ??

No, Kishi's logic says a hard worker beats a gifted genius. Honestly speaking, have you ever seen grown up obito work hard? Not at all. Kakashi is busting his ass while obito is just going around getting random powerups. It progressed like it should have i guess.
